Flexural tensegrity: Field applications

چکیده

Abstract. Flexural tensegrities represent a class of structural elements composed segments in unilateral contact along properly-designed pitch profiles and held together by pre-tensioned cables. The cables are constrained cavities inside the can move within them, while roll one another surfaces, thus straining to an amount dictated shape profiles, affecting energy landscape assembly. A range possible field applications, yet be fully explored, is here presented.
